We just used Michael to service our Lexus Hybrid RX400H. He was very professional and did a great job and was very clean and quick. Nice guy with a lot of knowledge and a niche business model. We didn't have to spend most of a day driving into the dealer. Would recommend to anyone.

I am so appreciative to have found Mike and his business! He takes a great deal of care in his work & customer service. To be able to not leave my house and sit in a lobby with a grumpy toddler is heaven sent. I had my car detailed today and you can’t even tell I have a 2 year old. So HAPPY to have this service in our area! No longer have to wait sometimes for hours, just to have an oil change preformed on my car. Convience is very important to me. I used Concierge Auto Mainteenance for the first time recentlyso i didnt need to waste a half day at a garagegetting my oil changed and tires rotated.The service, the promptness, professionalism and price were just what i was expecting. Equipment and parts used were top notch and service technician was extremely concientious about getting the job done properly and safely.One of the best things was having him trouble shoot potential future areas of concernunder the hood and sharing the feedback.
